"I spent the first chapter of my career in the high-intensity world of credit derivatives on Wall Street. I truly loved the pace, the strategy, and the ambition of the financial world and I still value those years deeply. However, when the 2008 financial crisis hit and my firm was taken over, I found myself at a crossroads. That industry-wide shift became my personal catalyst to pursue a new kind of meaningful work.

I founded East Mental Health Counseling because I realized that high-performance doesn't have to mean high-stress, and you don’t have to leave the career you love to find internal peace. I saw a gap in care for professionals who are successful on the outside but exhausted by the 'performance' of it all.

Today, we combine that firsthand understanding of high-stakes environments with advanced clinical expertise in EMDR and Neuroscience. We don't just process the past; we partner with you to regulate your nervous system and redefine your truth, so you can continue to lead and achieve, but from a foundation of genuine freedom rather than survival."
