Q: What is your approach to therapy?
A: I use an integrative approach to help you better understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do. I believe that a collaborative and candid therapeutic relationship is what makes real change possible, so together we build a space that feels honest, grounded, and genuinely yours. From there, we work to uncover the patterns underneath what's bringing you in, and build toward lasting insight and growth.

My focus is on helping clients build a clearer understanding of themselves, so they can move through daily life with more steadiness, self-trust, and direction.
