Meet Erica
Q: What is your approach to therapy?
A: I use an integrative, holistic, and person-centered approach grounded in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This approach helps clients heal from trauma, shift limiting beliefs, and experience lasting relief. EMDR is especially effective for individuals who feel “stuck” or are impacted by past events that continue to influence their emotions, behaviors, or relationships.

Q: How does EMDR help with trauma and emotional challenges?
A: EMDR helps reprocess distressing memories so they no longer trigger overwhelming emotions. It can reduce anxiety, improve self-confidence, and support healthier relationships. Many clients notice that EMDR allows them to move past patterns that have held them back for years, creating space for clarity and renewed purpose.

Q: What is your goal as a therapist?
A: My goal is to support clients in breaking free from what holds them back so they can move forward with confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of self. I help clients manage daily stress, overcome past trauma, and navigate major life transitions while cultivating resilience and emotional balance.

Q: What is your background and experience?
A: Before becoming a therapist, I worked at a top investment bank on Wall Street. After the 2008 financial collapse, I felt a deeper calling to pursue meaningful work helping others, which led me into counseling. This experience shapes how I connect with clients today, bringing empathy, insight, and practical understanding to our work together.

Q: What can clients expect from working with you?
A: Clients often say they feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Our work together is collaborative, safe, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, I help you take control of your mind, emotions, and future. My passion is guiding clients from surviving to thriving—into a life of freedom, purpose, and peace.
I'm always excited to connect with new clients and hear their stories! Please reach out!
