A formal relationship is only established after an intake process, verification of insurance/payment, and the signing of a formal "Informed Consent for Treatment" agreement with one of our providers.

East Counseling provides telehealth services. Our providers are licensed to practice in New York and Washington. By using this site to seek services, you acknowledge that you must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment to receive treatment.

While we accept various insurance plans, East Mental Health Counseling PLLC does not guarantee that your specific plan will cover services.

• It is the user's responsibility to verify out-of-network or in-network benefits with their insurance carrier.

• The Practice is not responsible for any costs incurred due to insurance denials.
