My Approach to Therapy
I believe that each of us is worthy of giving and receiving love and acceptance. We are neither perfect, nor imperfect. We are evolving. My goal in working together is grounded in the very human need of connecting with one another. I do this by working as a team to identify challenges and develop goals that can help foster healing and authenticity.
By taking a holistic approach to mental health, we can utilize local resources and practical solutions while developing tools to increase emotional vocabulary, communication and self acceptance. The human experience does not fit in a box. It is not sterile. Each of us is unique, therefore, the path to healing may look different for each person.
I work with children, adolescents and adults using an integrative approach, incorporating elements from varying therapeutic techniques in order to tailor individual treatment. I specialize in life transitions, family dynamics, identity and purpose realization and existential considerations. It is my hope to foster a safe and welcoming space for you to feel encouraged to participate with me here to accompany you.
I'm looking forward to meeting with you! Please reach out!
